Add an activity

  1. Click New.

  2. Complete the fields on the page. The Type you select determines the fields you need to enter.
  3. The Keywords field allows you to enter multiple keywords to be associated with the activity. Keywords must be separated by a comma and a single Keyword can contain one or more words.
  4. Keywords are used to guide employees to specific activities. If you have reviewers select activities during an appraisal process, set the Keywords to match the competencies on the appraisal form. Then reviewers can enter the competency name to find activities associated with the competency.
  5. Click Save to save the activity to the Activity Library.
