Archive an activity

Activities that are associated with a Development Plan cannot be deleted from the Activity Library and must instead be archived. Activities imported from Rival Learn cannot be manually archived.

Once an activity is archived, it is no longer available for use in the Activity Library. Archived activities can be displayed by clicking the Show Archived Activities check box at the top of the page.

  1. Click Archive next to the activity you want to archive. A confirmation message displays asking if you really want to archive the activity.
  2. Click OK.
