My Journal overview

The Employee Journal feature provides individuals the opportunity to write confidential notes and keep them organized by category. The journal types are configurable and may include categories such as disciplinary, performance, and attendance.

Journal entries can only be read by the author and the HR Administrator. The author is able to view, edit and delete journal entries he or she has written at any time. The HR Administrator can view, edit and delete journal entries through the Journal Dashboard. In addition, the HR Administrator can monitor journal entries that contain problematic content.
