Manage date intervals

The Manage Date Interval screen allows for the translation of a date interval name. Date intervals define the start and end dates for the appraisal period.

Follow these steps to translate a date interval name.

1. From the Navigation bar under Appraisals, choose Manage Date Intervals.
2. The Manage Date Intervals page displays. Click the Translate link at the bottom of the page.

   

3. Use the Language drop-down field at the top of the page to select the language. This is the language the translation is to be provided in. Only supported languages are available for selection.
4. For each interval, enter the translation for the Name and ShortName. The Short Name is used when there are character restraints, such as on a report.

   

5. Click Save and Close to save the updates and return to the Manage Date Intervals screen.
