Displaying previous appraisal data

If your administrator enabled the display previous appraisal data feature, you can view and copy comments and ratings from previous reviews while completing an end-of-year review. This feature makes it easy to view and compare previous appraisal forms when working on current appraisals.

In the following example, note that Taylor is working on her end-of-year appraisal. She can see the comments and ratings she gave herself in her mid-year appraisal. She can also see the comments and ratings that her manager gave her.

You can choose to hide comments and ratings on the form from other reviewers. Using the Display All Authors check box, you can toggle off to hide comments and ratings or toggle on to show them.
