Select Appraisal Reviewers (Optional)

An optional step in the appraisal process is to select reviewers for the appraisal process.

Select Reviewers step allows feedback from a set of reviewers who are selected during the appraisal process. When added to the workflow, the new step creates a Select Reviewers task for the employee that appears in his workflow. Clicking the task takes the employee to the Select Reviewers page to add, remove, and submit reviewers. After the reviewers are submitted, the next step is launched. Often the Select Reviewers step is added as the second step in the process. After the employee submits his self-appraisal, he is tasked with selecting reviewers to provide feedback. Optionally, managers have a step to approve the selected reviewers.
