Launch goal plans

The Launch My Team Member Plans allows managers to launch Performance Goal Plans for their employees.

Follow these steps to launch a plan for your team member.

  1. From the Navigation bar under Performance Planning, select Launch My Team Member Plans.
  2. Select the plan you want to launch by choosing Launch Plan under the Action column.
  3. Add the employees you want to launch the plan for using the arrows.
  4. Once you have selected the employees you want to launch the goal plan to, choose Launch Plan.

    If you want to launch the plan for all Team Members, click on the All link. This selects all Team Members to add to the launch list.
