View the Performance Planning Dashboard

Managers use the Performance Planning Dashboard to view detailed information about Team Member Goal Plans. Managers can also send reminder emails to Team Members, Approvers, or both.

Follow these steps to view your dashboard and send email reminders.

  1. From the Navigation bar under Performance Planning, select View Dashboard.
  2. Use the filter option to narrow your search results. To view all plans, set the filters to All.
  3. Click Refresh. Results are displayed below.

  4. Use the radio buttons to send reminder emails to a Team Member, Approver or Both or place a check mark next to the selected employees and click the Remind Selected link.
  5. Click Finished to return to the Performance Planning home screen.
