View and manage your development plan

You can view and manager your development plan through Rival WingSpan.

Follow these steps to view and manage your development plan.

1. From the Navigation bar, select Manage Development Plan. The Development Plan page displays.

   

2. Each activity associated with your development plan is listed on this page. You can see the activity name, type of activity (for example, ecourse, book, or class), who added the activity (you or your manager), the dates on which it was added and the date on which you need to complete the activity, current status of the activity (completed or active).

   If your organization has chosen to link activities to goals and assessments, an additional column called Links is displayed.

   Additionally, the Actions column allows you to manage the activity. Actions are explained in the following sections.
