Supervisor Reports

The ability to filter a Student Report using the Supervisor Subordinate relationship can be defined in the Company Reports function. A Company Report definition can define a Student report that only appears for users with a Supervisor role and will automatically filter data based on this relationship.

You can also filter data by all or immediate subordinates combined with a specific user. When selected, the data returned in the report is filtered based on the combination of the subordinate and supervisor filters set for the report.

Data restrictions are automatically assigned to all supervisors regardless of whether they have an Admin role or not.

A student type Company Report can be defined to use "Filter By Current Supervisor". These reports only appear in the Student Reports area in the Student Portal.
