Resource conflicts

The Planning Board automatically provides a visual indicator and lists any time conflicts that result from assigning any resource to a session. Conflicts appear immediately in both the Session Calendar and the Resource Calendar as a red bar representing the session or event with the conflict.

A rollover provides specific information about the cause of the conflict and provides a link to the events causing the conflict. The rollover provides a list of any and all conflicts for the current event and identifies the specific resource, training event, and session causing the conflict. Select the link in the conflict list to link to the affected event so the conflicting resource or the conflicting time for the event can be changed.
