Configure (enable) student ad-hoc assignment

Configuring student ad-hoc assignment allows students to record training that they received outside of SilkRoad Learning to their training history. Students add these training records on the Training History page in the SilkRoad Learning student portal.

To configure (turn on) student ad-hoc assignment, do the following:

  1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise>Configuration>Settings.

    The Company page opens.

  2. Click User Interface Settings.

    In the Student Homepage section, select the Show Add Training Record Button check box.

  3. Click Save.

    The Add Training Record button is now available on the Training History page in the SilkRoad Learning student portal.
