Schedule an instructor for a training event on the Planning Board
- From the navigation bar, click Learning>Plan>Planning Board.
The Planning Board Calendar opens.
- Search for and select a training event.
- Click Confirm.
The training event is added to the calendar.
- In the list of training events, click the event.
The Planning Board opens with a default session for the event you selected.
- Click the Instructor tab.
A list of qualified instructors for the training event opens.
Tip: If no instructor is auto-qualified for the training event or an alternate instructor is desired, add an instructor and then search for that instructor.
- Place a check mark in the check box for the selected instructor, and click Save.
The instructor is assigned to the session.
