Schedule an instructor for a training event on the Planning Board
  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Plan>Planning Board.

    The Planning Board Calendar opens.

  2. Search for and select a training event.
  3. Click Confirm.

    The training event is added to the calendar.

  4. In the list of training events, click the event.

    The Planning Board opens with a default session for the event you selected.

  5. Click the Instructor tab.

    A list of qualified instructors for the training event opens.

    Tip: If no instructor is auto-qualified for the training event or an alternate instructor is desired, add an instructor and then search for that instructor.

  6. Place a check mark in the check box for the selected instructor, and click Save.

    The instructor is assigned to the session.
