Add a performance objective

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Direct>Performance Objectives.

   The Performance Objectives page opens.

   

   The Performance Objectives page lists the performance objectives that have been set up in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, an administrator can:

   • View performance objectives
   • Search for performance objectives
   • Add a performance objective
   • Delete a performance objective
   • View properties for a performance objective
2. Click Add.

   The Performance Objective Properties page opens.

   

   On this page, an administrator defines the properties for a performance objective.

   Fields

   Title: Type a title for the requirement.

   Reference: Type a reference for this item to make it easier to find in searches.

   Comment: Type a comment for the performance objective.

   Enabling Objectives: To add enabling objectives to the performance objective, click Add. On the Enabling Objectives page, search for and select an enabling objective or objectives.

   Links: Click View Links to see any associated links to competencies.

3. Type a title for the performance objective.
4. (If applicable) Type a reference for the performance objective to make it easier to find in searches.
5. (If applicable) Type a comment.
6. In the Enabling Objective section, click Add and then:
   1. Search for and select an enabling objective or objectives
   2. Click Confirm.
7. Click Add.
