Add a title

  1. From the navigation bar, click Enterprise>Configuration>Titles.

    The Titles page opens.

  2. Click Add.

    The Title Properties page opens.

  3. Enter a reference.

    A reference is how the title is stored in the system. Users do not see this. Reference often matches the title.

  4. Enter a title.

    The title appears in drop-down lists. It is typically an abbreviation. For example, CMdre, Gen, Maj.

  5. Enter a description.

    The description is the title spelled out. For example, Commodore, General, Major.

  6. Click Add.
