View a user's browser and operating system information

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Monitor>Activity.

   The Activity page opens.

   

   The Activity page shows login activity for students, managers, and course entry in SilkRoad Learning. Login activity information includes activity date, activity name, activity details, user name, user login ID, and IP address.

2. Search for the login activity that you want.
3. In the list beside login activity, click and then click Properties.

   The Activity Properties page opens.

   

   The Activity Properties page is a read-only page that shows activity details for a specific user login. Administrators typically use this page to troubleshoot browser and platform issues.

4. Read the Browser, Platform, User Agent, and Additional Information sections to get information about the browser used, platform, and detailed browser options.
5. Click Close.
