Enroll your team members in a class

  1. From the navigation bar, click Course Catalog.

    The Course Catalog opens.

  2. (If applicable) Filter and sort the catalog.
  3. Click the class title hyperlink.

    Note: If a class is full, (Full) appears below the course hours. You cannot enroll your team members but they can be placed on a waitlist.

  4. Click the Enroll My Team link.
  5. To enroll:
    • All team members, click the All check box.
    • Individual team members, click the check box beside their name.
  6. (If applicable) To set a required due date, click the Required check box and select a date.
  7. Click . (This button also shows number of selected team members.)
  8. On the confirmation page, click Enroll.
