Launch an event

  • An event launch is specific to an employee.
  • Alternate method: Add an event via Edit Profile.
  • The Customize Tasks button is only available if the Allow customizing tasks during event launch option is selected on the Event Definition page.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Employees & Events>Launch an Event.

    The Launch an Event page opens.

  2. Select the event and employee.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter all required fields.
  5. (Optional) Customize tasks for this event.
  6. Click Finish/Save.

    The event is launched.
