Launch an event
- An event launch is specific to an employee.
- Alternate method: Add an event via Edit Profile.
- The Customize Tasks button is only available if the Allow customizing tasks during event launch option is selected on the Event Definition page.
- From the navigation bar, click Employees & Events>Launch an Event.
The Launch an Event page opens.
- Select the event and employee.
- Click Next.
- Enter all required fields.
- (Optional) Customize tasks for this event.
- Click Finish/Save.
The event is launched.
