This page shows all the tasks definitions that are defined in your system. At a glance, you can see task definitions and how they are organized in a task workflow.

Key info

• Page defaults to alphabetical order. Task definitions are in alphabetical order. Dependent topics are in alphabetical order.
• Some key elements of this page:

  	Description
  1	Task definition. Click the task definition link to view all the rules that govern the task (Edit Task Definition page).
  2	Elbow image indicates dependent task(s).
  3	Action icons. Hover your mouse over them to learn what they do.
  4	Indicates the task assignee (the person or team responsible for completing task).
  5	Indicates a document is attached as part of the task.

Good to know

• Parent/child hierarchy with dependent tasks. Child tasks become active after the parent task completes.
• Don't like alphabetical order of tasks? You can reorder them using a unique ID (as defined by your organization).
