This page shows all the tasks definitions that are defined in your system. At a glance, you can see task definitions and how they are organized in a task workflow.
Key info
- Page defaults to alphabetical order. Task definitions are in alphabetical order. Dependent topics are in alphabetical order.

Task definition. Click the task definition link to view all the rules that govern the task (Edit Task Definition page).

Elbow image indicates dependent task(s).

Action icons. Hover your mouse over them to learn what they do.

Indicates the task assignee (the person or team responsible for completing task).

Indicates a document is attached as part of the task.

Good to know
- Parent/child hierarchy with dependent tasks. Child tasks become active after the parent task completes.
- Don't like alphabetical order of tasks? You can reorder them using a unique ID (as defined by your organization).
