Configure a First Day Report

  1. From the navigation bar, click Reports>First Day Report.

    The First Day Report page opens.

  2. Click Add Configuration.

    The First Day Report Add Configuration page opens.

  3. Select an event.
  4. Select the day of the week the notification is sent.
  5. Choose the time frame of the report.

    Tip: Time frame is calendar days not business days.

  6. Click Edit and select columns to include on the Microsoft Excel output.
  7. Select the team(s) to receive the notification of the report.
  8. Select to send a notification or not.
  9. Click Save.
