Change an event for a benefiter after launch

  • You can change an event for a benefiter after it is launched.
  • You do not have to terminate the event and relaunch it.
  • Things you typically change: start date, categories, and assigned people.
  • If you change the start date, due dates associated with the start date are recalculated for the event.
  1. From the Find Employee text box, enter an employee’s first name, last name, or email address.

    The employee's Employee card appears.

  2. From the Actions drop-down list, click Profile.
  3. Click the Events tab.
  4. Beside an event, click Edit.
  5. Make changes.
  6. Click Save.
