Team privileges

Privileges control what a team member can do (and access) in the system. Support, system administrators, and event coordinators can assign privileges to teams. Support and system administrators have more privileges to choose from than event coordinators.

Privilege

Description/function

Audit I9 Forms

Can log in to I-9 Auditor's Portal and view I-9 history for keyproperty match employees

Ability to proxy other users

Grants user the ability to proxy as other SilkRoad Onboarding users.

Tip: This privilege is useful when you want to view or take actions as a new hire, manager, or other user to troubleshoot or test a configuration. Only SilkRoad staff can assign this privilege to teams.

Bulk Imports

Enables the bulk import feature so that you can create and update users and launch events for users in bulk.

Change User LoginID

Can edit existing employee LoginID

Create Team

Can create new teams (and is implicit team controller)

Create User

Can create new and pending employees and edit employees

Dashboard

Can view and act on tasks from the dashboard

Delete User

Can delete any employee (available in staging or test classes only)

Delete User Event

Can delete any event (available in staging or test classes only)

Download Profile

Can download an employee's profile as an XML package

Edit All Users

Can see and modify every employee's personal information

Grants access to view the Employee XML Edit page. (Does not grant access to edit user data; user must also have Edit All Users to edit data.)

Edit eForms

Can create and modify eForms to later be associated with task definitions

External Task Assignment

Can assign a task of completing Section 2 of Form 1-9 to an external email address.

eForms Library

Can see and restore new eForms available in the central forms library

I-9 Administrator

Can complete I-9 Section 2, submit and process e-Verify cases, and view and act on employee I-9 tab for all employees

I-9 Processor

Can complete I-9 Section 2, submit and process e-Verify cases, and view and act on employee I-9 tab for the employees where they have been assigned the I-9 section 2 or Process E-Verify task

I-9 Reports

Can view the I-9 Dashboard, access I-9 Dashboard drill-down data, and e-Verify case report

I-9 Uploader

Can complete I-9 Section 2, view and act on employee I-9 tab

Insert eForms

While editing a task definition, can include an eForm link

Manage Category

Can create and edit category fields and category values

Manage Category Upload

Can bulk upload an XML file with category fields and values

Manage Category Values

Can add and edit category values

Manage Data Segmentation

Can configure and turn on data segmentation of employee data access

Manage Definition Migration

Can export event definitions from one site class and import to another site class

Manage Event Attributes

Can add and delete event definition attributes

Manage Event Definitions

Can create new events and edit event categories

Manage EVerify Manual Case Status

Can add manual e-Verify case information, if you are already an I-9 Administrator

Manage eForm List Values

Can create and edit values available in eForms fields that are drop-down lists

Manage eForms

Can view, edit, or delete any eForms

Manage eForms Library

Internal for SilkRoad Central eForms Library team

Manage Key Properties

Can create and edit key property configuration definition

Manage Localization

Can edit localized strings for configured categories and customized strings

Manage Notification

Can create and edit all notification types

Manage Notification Attachment

Can add an attachment to the task complete notification

Manage Recruiter Lobby

Can configure available events for recruiter partner integrations to Recruiter Lobby

Manage Settings I-9

Can edit the (I-9 form) re-verify event coordinator, (I-9 tab available on Configure Settings page

Manage Settings

Can see and edit site configuration settings. (Employees, UI, and Tasks tabs available on Configure Settings page.)

Manage Settings - Apps

Can see and edit configuration settings for partner apps, (Apps tab available on Configure Settings page.)

Manage Settings - Logo

Can add a corporate image to display on Onboarding site or eForms. (Logos tab available on Configure Settings page.)

Manage Settings - Notifications

Can see and edit configuration settings for notifications. (Notifications tab available on Configure Settings page.)
Tip: If user also has Manage Notifications privilege, user can access settings from the Notifications menu.

Can see and edit configuration settings for report paging and display behavior. (Reports tab available on Configure Settings page.)

Manage Shared Dashboard

Can delegate any employee's dashboard (an all of their task privileges) to a different employee

Can create and edit task definitions

Manage Team

Can create teams, add privileges to teams, and add employees to teams

Manage Team Members

Can add employees to existing teams

Manage Transformations

Can add and remove XSLTs provided for backward compatibility of APIs

Pending User

Can execute the BulkUserImport and Edit API

Purge Employee Administrator

Can add employees to the purge queue and manage the purge employee queue

Report - Assignee Completion

Can access the Assignee Completion Report

Report - Event History

Can access the Event History Report

Report - Manage First Day

Can configure the First Day Report

Can see reports links and run reports

Retire User
