Event Report

Use this report to get a detailed status of events occurring in your system.
Key info
- Use search filters to get the data you want.
- You can run for specific event or all events.
- If you run for specific event, category filters (tied to that event) are available.
- Default date range is a one-day range between To and From. Change to get a suitable date range.
- Date selection can be any type of date in your system.
- You can choose to exclude retired employees from the report.
Report results
Employee benefiting from the event (Employee Name), Event Name, Event Type, Event Effective Date, Event Coordinator Name, Event Coordinator Type
Good to know
- Report output is configurable by a Columns for XML Event Report setting. The following fields can be configured to be included in downloaded XML and Excel output.
EmployeeName, EventName, EventCategories, EventId, ManagerName, ManagerType, EventCreationDate, EmployeeHireDate, EmployeeTerminationDate, EmployeeEmailAddress, EmployeeStatus, EmployeeFirstName, EmployeeMiddleName, and EmployeeLastName
EffectiveDate, EventCompletionDate, TotalTasks, CompleteTasks, OverdueTasks, IncompleteTasks, WarningTasks, InactiveTasks, Task Details, LoginID, and EventStatus
Tip: TotalTasks, CompleteTasks, OverdueTasks, IncompleteTasks, WarningTasks, InactiveTasks are tally counts.
- If Task Details is selected, these fields are included in the output:
TaskTitle, TaskDefStringID, TaskID, TaskDefinitionID, CompletionDate, ModeledActivationDate, ActivationTimestamp, DueDate
- These methods have been extended to allow association with XSLT (input and output):
GetUserIdList (for output), GetUserProfileEx2, GetCompletedFormsEx2, GetUploadedDocuments, GetFormXmlEx, FieldValueUpload, CategoryUpload - You can view the fields to be included on the report and the download by expanding the show advanced search panel. You can also select fields to exclude.
