How does the system work?

The system is very easy to use:

  • You will receive an email notifying you of a task to complete with a URL link, your User Name and Password. Please print this email for your records.
  • Click the link in the email. It is important to remember that Rival WingSpan requires Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 3.6.3 or higher.
  • At the Rival WingSpan login page type in your User ID and Password.
  • You will be directed to your dashboard that summarizes which tasks you have yet to complete.
  • Click on the task and follow the instructions.
  • Make sure to read the instructions at the top of the page before beginning each step.
