Alternate resources

An alternate resource is any offline source of resumes like job fairs, newspaper ads, employment agencies, and radio/TV ads. Alternate resources are available to anyone manually importing candidate records or editing existing candidate records. Alternate resources are only available in the user interface and are separate from the how did you hear about us options in career sites.
