Manage/edit AAP job groups
- From the navigation bar, click Administration>AAP Job Group.
The AAP Job Group page opens.
- From the Select an EEO-1 Category list, select an EEO-1 Category.
Tip: If this is the first time anyone in your organization used this page, there is already a single sub-category created and named the same as the main EEO-1 job category.
The Edit AAP Job Group(s) table appears.
- To:
- Edit an AAP job group, type over the existing value.
- Add an additional AAP job group, click Add. A row is added to the table. Enter information.
- Select the radio button to the left of the AAP job group name to indicate which value is selected by default when a user selects the parent EEO-1 Job Category.
- Click Save.
Note: AAP job groups cannot be deleted through the user interface.
