Manage/edit AAP job groups

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>AAP Job Group.

    The AAP Job Group page opens.

  2. From the Select an EEO-1 Category list, select an EEO-1 Category.

    Tip: If this is the first time anyone in your organization used this page, there is already a single sub-category created and named the same as the main EEO-1 job category.

    The Edit AAP Job Group(s) table appears.

  3. To:
    • Edit an AAP job group, type over the existing value.
    • Add an additional AAP job group, click Add. A row is added to the table. Enter information.
  4. Select the radio button to the left of the AAP job group name to indicate which value is selected by default when a user selects the parent EEO-1 Job Category.
  5. Click Save.

    Note: AAP job groups cannot be deleted through the user interface.
