Send emails to candidates (via Resumes page)

  1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Advanced Search.

    The Open Jobs page opens.

  2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
  3. In the list, click the number in the Resume column.

    The Resumes page opens.

  4. Select the check box next to the candidate(s) you want to send emails to.
  5. From the Take Action list, click CCE Correspondence and click green go arrow .

    The Email Candidates page opens.

  6. Compose the email or use an available template. Fill out the necessary information for the email correspondence.

    Tip: You can choose a template from the drop-down list or create your own email using the text editor and available merge fields.

  7. Click Preview to preview the email.
  8. Click Send Email.

    The selected candidates will receive the email correspondence.

    Tip: When using the CCE to correspond with candidates, you can attach files and use the Cc and Bcc options.
