Send emails to candidates (via Resumes page)
- From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Advanced Search.
The Open Jobs page opens.
- (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
- In the list, click the number in the Resume column.
The Resumes page opens.
- Select the check box next to the candidate(s) you want to send emails to.
- From the Take Action list, click CCE Correspondence and click
.The Email Candidates page opens.
- Compose the email or use an available template. Fill out the necessary information for the email correspondence.
Tip: You can choose a template from the drop-down list or create your own email using the text editor and available merge fields.
- Click Preview to preview the email.
- Click Send Email.
The selected candidates will receive the email correspondence.
Tip: When using the CCE to correspond with candidates, you can attach files and use the Cc and Bcc options.
