Set a basic qualification status for candidates (via Resumes page)

  • Qualification status (also known as Qualified) is used for internal tracking purposes.
  • It is useful for clients who must remain compliant with OFCCP reporting standards for qualified and not qualified applicants in the United States and for clients who engage in government contracts.
  • You can update multiple candidates' qualification statuses via the Resumes page.
  • Up to 25 candidates at a time may have a qualification status assigned.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Advanced Search.

    The Open Jobs page opens.

  2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
  3. In the list, click the number in the Resume column.

    The Resumes page opens.

  4. Select the check box next to the candidate(s) you want.
  5. From the Take Action list, click Qualify Selected or Disqualify Selected and click green go arrow .
  6. On the pop-up window, click Continue.
