Set a basic qualification status for candidates (via Resumes page)
- Qualification status (also known as Qualified) is used for internal tracking purposes.
- It is useful for clients who must remain compliant with OFCCP reporting standards for qualified and not qualified applicants in the United States and for clients who engage in government contracts.
- You can update multiple candidates' qualification statuses via the Resumes page.
- Up to 25 candidates at a time may have a qualification status assigned.
- From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Advanced Search.
The Open Jobs page opens.
- (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
- In the list, click the number in the Resume column.
The Resumes page opens.
- Select the check box next to the candidate(s) you want.
- From the Take Action list, click Qualify Selected or Disqualify Selected and click
. - On the pop-up window, click Continue.
