Create a SilkRoad Recruiting interview

  1. Access a candidate's candidate profile.
  2. From the Select an Action list, click Schedule an Interview.

    The Schedule Interview page opens.

  3. Click the SilkRoad Recruiting Interview option.
  4. Click Continue.

    The Schedule Interview Options page opens.

  5. Click Choose Interviewers.
  6. Click the interviewers you want and click Add.

    Tip: Add external recipients by entering their email address and clicking Add.

  7. Click Done.
  8. Select a date range and click Check Availability. Select the interview time by selecting a start and end time. Click Done to schedule the time.
  9. (Optional) Enter an interview location and message to send to the interviewers.
  10. (Optional) Click the Include Resume check box to attach the candidate’s resume.
  11. Click Preview Email to preview the email and then click Send Interview Requests.
