Reschedule an interview request

View video

  1. From the navigation bar, click Candidates>Interview Requests.

    The Interview Requests page opens.

  2. For the candidate you want, click and click Reschedule.

    The Change Interview Request page opens.

  3. From Interview Date click the calendar icon and then click on a date in the calendar.
  4. From the Time drop-down list select a new value.
  5. In the Interview Location text box, type a new location.
  6. Select the Check to update interview schedule check box to update the interview schedule.
  7. Unselect the Check to update interview schedule check box if you want the requester (recruiter) to update the interview.
  8. Click Send Email.

    If the Check to update interview schedule check box was unselected, an email notification is sent to the recruiter. If the Check to update interview schedule check box was selected, an email notification is sent with the requested changes.
