Posting a new job to Broadbean or JobTarget (initial creation)

You can post a new job in SilkRoad Recruiting using these methods:

• Post an approved requisition from the Manage Requisitions page
• Create a job posting from the Jobs page
• Use the Post a Job quick link from the Job Details page.

Regardless of method, during the posting process on the Review Job Details page, you must select the Post to Job Boards button. Selecting that button takes you to Step-1 of the Broadbean or JobTarget posting process.
