Job board status column field details

Job Board

The name of the job board the job is posted to via Broadbean.

Status

Current status of the job posting (sent, failed, deleted, and future [if you chose a future posting time in Step-3]).

Responses

Number of job seekers who clicked the Apply link on the job board. This number does not indicate how many people went through the entire application process and submitted their resume.

Date Posted to Board

Date and time the job was sent to Broadbean.

Tip: If a future posting date was chosen, no date and time is shown until the job posting is sent to the selected job boards.

Expiration Date

Date and time job posting is planned to expire on the applicable job boards. Also shows the date and time a posting was deleted from a job board, if you chose to delete the job posting manually or the job posting was deleted for other reasons (job is filled and is deactivated in SilkRoad Recruiting).

Inventory

Remaining available inventory for the board. Only appears if this information is provided back from the job board. If information is not provided back, N/A is shown.

Actions

If a posting is active (and the job board supports this function), a View link appears. Click it to view the posting on the job board.

If a posting has expired or been deleted or the job board does not support this function, NA appears.

Manage Postings button

Click to manage job postings. (Only available to user who originally posted the job.)

Repost button

Click to repost jobs. (Only available to user who originally posted the job while the job is live. After a job is no longer live on any job board, the Report button is displayed for all Broadbean users.)

Deactivate button

Click to deactivate jobs. (Only available to user who originally posted the job.)

Return button

Click to leave this page.
