Select fields to hide on the requisition approval email

• You can hide fields that you do not want to appear on requisition approval emails.
• All fields are selected by default–which means they all appear on the requisition approval email. Uncheck the fields you want to hide.
• You cannot hide custom or required fields. They are always included in the requisition approval email.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

   The Settings page opens.

2. Click the Displayed Requisition Approval Email Fields link.
3. On the Displayed Requisition Approval Email Fields page, uncheck the fields to hide.

   Tip: You cannot hide required fields.

4. Click Save.
