Assign jobs to a fee agency (bulk assign)

• You can only assign 10 jobs at a time (a page has a 10 record max). Repeat these steps for each page.

1. From the navigation bar, click Jobs>Advanced Search.

   The Open Jobs page opens.

2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.
3. Click (check) the jobs to assign to a fee agency.

   Tip: To select all jobs on the current page, click the check box in the column heading.

4. From the Take Action list, click Assign to Fee Agency and click .
5. On the Assign to Fee Agency pop-up, type a fee agency name and select it.
6. Click Continue.
