Filter out candidates who have been hired or otherwise disqualified

• When searching for candidates, you can filter out candidates who have been hired or otherwise disqualified.
• This is useful if you want to see candidates in stages prior to the Hired stage.
• This feature is only available if it is enabled in the Resume Search setting.

1. From the navigation bar, click Candidates>Advanced Search.

   The Resumes page opens.

2. Click Edit Search to display filters.
3. From the Current Stage Range drop-down, click Stages before the Hired stage.

   Tip: If you customized your hiring stages during implementation, your Hired stage may have a different name. In this case, the filter option will be different in step 3.

4. Click Apply Filters.
5. Search results appear in the data grid.
