Opting in

A candidate must opt in to receive/send texts. There are two ways to opt-in:

• Candidate opts in as part of the application process
• A privileged user opts them in

Existing candidates who applied for jobs prior to texting implementation are not automatically opted in.

Opting-in as part of the application process is only available via Candidate Experience career sites.
