Change the manager switch rule on an appraisal workflow template post launch

You can change the manager switch rule on an appraisal workflow template after an appraisal launch. If changed, the new rule applies to any manager switch that occurs after the change.

1. From the Navigation bar under Appraisals, select Manage Workflow Templates.
2. Click the Edit link next to the workflow template you want to change.
3. In the Manage Switch Rule drop-down list, select a different rule.
4. Click Save.
