Using development planning, employees can create and manage a plan of activities to accomplish. Rival WingSpan development planning links an individual’s development needs to specific development activities.

Rival WingSpan makes it easy to create and manage an employee’s development plan. Rival WingSpan includes a library of development activities that can be mapped to your company’s specific competencies. You can also import your own development libraries and link to external web content such as content housed in a Learning Management System (LMS).
