Understanding fields in the Employee Information Upload template

Field Name	Required for Upload	Type	Length	Description
InternalID	X	nvarchar	50	This is the unique identifier for this user. It is common for most customers to use Employee ID number.
Login	X	nvarchar	50	e-mail used as default.
Password		nvarchar	20	Rival WingSpan can populate this field automatically for you.
FirstName	X	nvarchar	25	The first name of the user.
MiddleInitial		nvarchar	1	Field will only accept one character. Do not use punctuation.
LastName	X	nvarchar	25	The last/surname of the user.
Email	X	nvarchar	50	The user's email address including domain (ex. user@company.com).
Active	X	boolean		Acceptable values are True or False. Initially this field should be set to True.
Department	X	nvarchar	255	Department that the user is associated with.
Division		nvarchar	255	Division that the user is associated with.
Company		nvarchar	255	Company Name.
Location		nvarchar	255	Location that the user is located at.
Job	X	nvarchar	255	Job Title.
OriginalHire Date		datetime		Original Date of Hire.
CurrentHire Date		datetime		Latest Date of Hire. (i.e., rehire date)
NextReview Date		datetime		Next date for review cycle.
Termination Date		datetime		Latest date of termination.
JobStartDate		datetime		Start date of current job position.
ExternalID		nvarchar	50	An external identifier for the employee, such as the ADP File ID.
IsEligible		bit		Indicator that employee is eligible for compensation.
EmpJob Classification		nvarchar	1	Employee Classification: N: Non-Exempt E: Exempt
Salary		money		Salary field.
SalaryHourly		money		Hourly Salary.
Salary Annualized		money		Annualized Salary.
SalaryCOLA		money		Annualized "Cost of Labor" Salary.
SalaryPlan		integer		Code identifier of Salary Plan.
SalaryMatrix		integer		Code identifier of Salary Matrix.
