Employee Journal module email set

The Manage Employee Journal Email Sets screen allows you to add, delete, copy and edit email sets. These are the emails sent to HR Administrators and employees notifying them of changes to a journal entry.

To use or customize the email sets, you can either modify the Base Narrative Template or create a copy of the email set and edit your copy. Copying retains all of the system generated values in the base and allows you to go back to the original version if needed. It is recommended that you copy the Base templates in all situations and work from your copies.

Note It is necessary to make changes to the Base Template for Employee Journal emails in order to implement any changes. Functionality is available to add or generate copies but only changes to the Base Template are reflected in the system.
