Manage email setsThe Manage Email Sets screen is used to administer all emails used within Rival WingSpan. Here administers can make changes to the administration (site) email sets and process email sets (i.e., Appraisal and Assessment). Email sets can be customized with wording relevant to your company’s information and by pulling merge fields from within Rival WingSpan. It is important to note that in order to implement changes to the Administration (site) emails and/or Development Planning emails, you must modify the Base Email Template set. Additional information about editing emails and narratives is available in Appendix A—Editing Emails and Narratives. The Translate option is only used when Localization has been enabled for your instance of Rival WingSpan. Please refer to Appendix B—Managing Localization for detailed information on managing and translating localized content.
