Journal Dashboard
The Administrator Journal Dashboard allows an HR Administrator the ability to view, delete, modify and monitor employee journal entries. The dashboard provides a set of filters to help administrators easily search for comments. The HR Administrator can view the Comment Detail by clicking on an entry in the Search Results list. In addition, an audit log is maintained in the database that includes the reason for the status change and the original text, if applicable.
To access the Journal Dashboard, you must have the HR Administrator role assigned. If the role is not assigned, the user is directed back to the home page.
