Next Level Manager Reviews Appraisals

The next level manager can review the appraisals completed by the employee and direct manager. The next level manager may also have the option to approve or reject the appraisal submitted by the employee’s direct manager. If the approval function is added to this step, the appraisal must be approved by the next level manager before the process can move forward.
