Manager Schedules and Manages Review Meeting

After the next level manager reviews and approves the appraisal, the direct manager schedules a review meeting with the employee to discuss appraisal results. After the meeting is complete, the direct manager can include comments regarding the review meeting in the Journal area and then acknowledge that the meeting took place. After this is complete, the manager’s responsibilities are complete for the assessment process.
