Define the supervisor/subordinate relationships using HR Import Definition

Defining the Supervisor/Subordinate relationship using the HR Import requires defining a mapping file to define up to five supervisors per user. The EMP ID reference for each user is the data value used to identify the Supervisor.

SilkRoad Learning continues to support the Reports To Position Title and References fields, but Supervisor data now replaces this data for Reporting and Supervisor Notifications. Any existing custom reports using the Reports To Position data will no longer display this data and must be modified to use the Supervisor data fields.
