Add prerequisites to a training activity
  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Plan>Training Activities.
  2. Search for and select the training activity you want.

    The Training Activity Properties page opens.

  3. From Prerequisite Training, click Add to search and select one or more courses. The Courses window opens.
  4. Click Search or filter the search by typing additional information into the filter text boxes.
  5. Select the check box of one or more courses, and click Confirm.

    Tip: To view the course properties, click the Prerequisite Properties icon.

  6. Select the Allow Enrollment without Prerequisite Mastery check box. This is a preset for all training events created from the training activity. When selected (checked), students will be allowed to enroll in any training events even when they have NOT MET all the prerequisite courses.
  7. In the Prerequisite Notes text box, type any prerequisite information for the activity.
  8. Click Save.
