Modify a report

Reports created using a Microsoft SQL Reporting template can be modified within SilkRoad Learning by changing the filters set for the report.

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Monitor>My Reports.

   The My Reports page opens.

   

   The My Reports page displays reports that have been shared with administrators (who have access to this tab). From this page, administrators can:

   • Edit report properties
   • Preview reports
   • Delete user-added reports
   • Add a report
2. In the list beside a report, click and then click Preview.
3. From the Report Format drop-down box, select the report format.
4. From each filter criteria, click Select to link to the data you wish to filter by.
5. Click Generate to generate the report in the selected format.
6. Click Save to save the current filter settings to the My Reports tab.
