Copy a qualification

Note: Any qualification created using the copy function is set to inactive until it is set to active. Inactive qualifications privileges data view restrictions are ignored by SilkRoad Learning for all user memberships.

1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Direct>Qualifications.

   The Qualifications page opens.

   

   The Qualifications page lists the qualifications that have been set up in SilkRoad Learning. On this page, an administrator can:

   • View qualifications
   • Search for qualifications
   • Add a qualification
   • Delete a qualification
   • Copy a qualification
   • View properties for a qualification
2. Search for a qualification.
3. In the list beside a qualification, click and then click Copy.
4. On the message dialog box, click OK.

   A copy of the qualification appears in the list.
