Qualifications

Qualifications are definitions based on a grouping of interventions (eCourses, training activities, assignments, or exams), competencies, and/or requirements that are assigned to students for a specific time frame and/or in a specific organization, job, job category or group.

If an assignment is marked as a Single Assignment Object, it will be delivered to the student; otherwise, exams or assignments assigned as interventions in the qualification are not automatically pushed to a user's Training Page and only appear in the PDP to help the user view the status of mandatory training. Exams and assignments can only be delivered to the student's Training Page as part of an eCourse.

Assigning a qualification is one of the final steps in directing learning to a student’s home page.

Training activities with an "Incomplete" score will remain on the My Training required training list.
