Venues

Within any organization, it is important to define exactly where a training activity occurs. In SilkRoad Learning, this location is managed through the following hierarchy level:

• Venue
• Training location

A venue is a building location where the training activity is to occur.

Not all organizations require the entire hierarchical structure to organize training. Training can be assigned to a venue only. However, if a training location is required, it must be linked to a venue.
